has been operating as an Island Inn since 1910, and
hundreds of couples have pledged their vows here. The history,
combined with the magical setting and breathtaking views, food that is elegant and flavorful, make
the Willows Inn an ideal location for a Northwest wedding.

Most couples
choose to be wed outdoors in our wedding garden. Smaller ceremonies sometimes marry on our beach, which is a short walk from the inn. There is a charming Congregational church on the island where many couples have their ceremony. No matter where you choose to marry, the fellowship, celebration, and fine food which accompany a wedding come so easily in a venue so unique and relaxing as the Willows Inn.
We have hosted more than 40 weddings since 2001, and though there have always been normal anxieties and uncertainties before the ceremony, every wedding has been a wonderful, unique experience that has consistently exceeded the families' expectations. Couples make it a priority to return each year for their anniversary. In 2002 we hosted a couple's 60 wedding anniversary, having wed here in 1942. Imagine being able to show your children where you were married, and being able to share that experience with them as they get older.
Some
specifics about using the Inn for your wedding
- For Saturday
weddings, the Inn must be booked for Friday and Saturday.
- For Sunday
weddings, the Inn must be booked for Saturday and Sunday
- A rehearsal
dinner party (wedding party) option is available for the evening
before. Please inquire for more information.
- The wedding
package includes use of the entire grounds, dining room, living room,
both decks, linens, tables, chairs, glassware, wait staff, cleaning
staff and decorations.
- A nonrefundable
deposit is required to reserve the Inn.
- No smoking
is allowed inside any of the facilities, outside smoking is allowed
in designated areas only.
- Pets are
allowed by special permission and only outside.
- Photographer,
minister and music are not included; however we can
make recommendations if needed. Please note that because the
Willows is near private residences some types of music are not
suitable. The Inn reserves the right to decline certain options.
The
following items are not included in the base price and are charged
separately
- Food:
Our chef will work with you to plan a menu that
will work with your budget.
- Libations:
the Inn has plenty of flexibility for finding just the right
choices for your event. While we must supply any alcoholic beverages consumed here, we will work with you to help keep your costs down.
- Flowers:
we provide flowers from our farm to decorate the Inn. Any special flowers in addition to those will be at your expense.
- Rehearsal
dinner (wedding party).
- Wedding canopy and chairs
- WA state
sales tax (8.4%).
A
note about food service
Several
styles of food service can be offered depending on the size
of your party. Sit-down dinners can be served for up to 30 people;
for larger parties buffet service is offered.

up to 30 - $1350
Guest list up to 50 - $2,500
Guest list up to 75 (max.) - $3,500
2-night rental of Inn rooms - $2,710
Schedule
of Payment
- A booking
fee of $500 to secure your date. This is non-refundable in the
event of cancellation.
- Payment
of half the estimated total fee is due 60 days prior to date
of event, minus the booking fee.
- Payment
of the second half of the estimated total is due 30 days prior
to the event, as well as the damage deposit of $500.
Cancellation
and Refund policy
It is our sincere hope that this policy is never necessary, however
due to the potential loss of income to our business it is necessary
to uphold the following policy:
- All cancellations
must be received in writing.
- Cancellation
in fewer than 30 days prior to event will result in refund of damage deposit only.
- Cancellation
60 days prior to date will result in half of total estimated
charges refunded.
